The Environmental Management Association is a 501(c)(6) organization whose purpose is to establish and maintain an active information exchange between regulatory agencies and industry professionals involved in environmental management, promoting responsible stewardship and collaboration to develop sustainable, green solutions to environmental challenges. We do so not only to recognize those doing good in the industry, but to show such acts to students and their communities in efforts to encourage their interest in the environment and environmental science.

We host our Annual Scholarship Program Golf Outing to support our Environmental Excellence Scholarship Program, helping students across Metro Detroit pursue futures in environmental science and engineering.
This impactful event directly funds scholarships awarded to participants in the Science & Engineering Fair of Metro Detroit, specifically recognizing student projects focused on environmental science.
